Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Kirsten Marie Wise terminate the state of local emergency declared at 8.10pm on 9 November 2020 for Napier City owing to flooding.

The termination of the state of local emergency takes effect immediately on the making of this declaration.
