- Pursuant to section 24 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014, the Minister for Veterans gives notice of the amendment of eleven statements of principles applying in New Zealand for the purposes of the Act.
- The amendment takes effect on the date of publication of this notice.
- The amendments are:
diverticular disease of the colon (35/2020 and 36/2020, to be read as compiled with 15/2016 and 16/2016 respectively);
ganglion (reasonable hypothesis version only, 37/2020, to be read as compiled with 71/2016);
intervertebral disc prolapse (38/2020 and 39/2020, to be read as compiled with 43/2016 and 44/2016 respectively);
osteoarthritis (40/2020 and 41/2020, to be read as compiled with 61/2017 and 62/2017 respectively);
temporomandibular disorder (42/2020 and 43/2020, to be read as compiled with 47/2018 and 48/2018 respectively);
ulnar neuropathy at the elbow (44/2020 and 45/2020, to be read as compiled with 65/2017 and 66/2017 respectively).
