Acting District Court Judges Appointed
Pursuant to sections 14 and 31 of the District Court Act, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:
Peter John Butler
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 for a term of two years commencing on 18 February 2021; and
Peter Stuart Rollo
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 for a term of one year commencing on 10 June 2021; and
John Enoka MacDonald
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 for a term of one year commencing on 1 March 2021; and
Anne-Marie Josephine Bouchier
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 for a term of one year commencing on 1 March 2021; and
Kevin James Phillips
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 for a term of one year commencing on 15 January 2021; and
David McCaw Wilson qc
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 for a further term commencing on 1 March 2021 and concluding on 23 May 2021;
Pursuant to section 31 of the District Court Act and section 7 of the Family Court Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:
Maureen Jeanette Southwick qc
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term of two years commencing on 15 May 2021; and
Anthony Patrick Walsh
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term of two years commencing on 18 March 2021; and
John Gordon Adams
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term commencing on 1 March 2021 and concluding on 8 August 2022; and
Annis Eve Somerville
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term of two years commencing on 10 June 2021; and
Brian Hamish Struthers Neal
to be an acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term of one year commencing on 1 March 2021;
Pursuant to section 31 of the District Court Act, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:
Jane Hewat Lovell-Smith
to be an acting District Court Judge for a term of two years commencing on 8 June 2021; and
David Graham Mather
to be an acting District Court Judge for a term of one year commencing on 4 March 2021; and
Christopher David Sygrove
to be an acting District Court Judge for a term of one year commencing on 15 January 2021; and
Gary Michael Harrison
to be an acting District Court Judge for a term of one year commencing on 2 March 2021; and
Dale Fleur Clarkson
to be an acting District Court Judge for a term of one year commencing on 1 March 2021; and
Charles Stuart Blackie
to be an acting District Court Judge for a term of one year commencing on 22 January 2021; and
Christopher John McGuire
to be an acting District Court Judge for a term of one year commencing on 15 January 2021.
