Pursuant to section 398(2) of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the adoption of amendment 195 and 196 to joint food standards under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code Notice, which was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 13 December 2020.

The joint food standard comes into effect on 22 December 2020.

The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (“ANZFSC”) can be found at: http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx.

The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code can be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
