Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 25 August 2020, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to sections 242(1)(e) of the Act, that Kerry-Ann Maree Queenin be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of three months from 6 August 2020.
