Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Gregory Stuart Gordon Low, Senior Solicitor, the Treasury, give notice that on 4 November 2020 Natasha Barnett, Group Manager Resourcing at the Ministry of Education, and Nicky Lynch, Manager, Education & Population Agencies at the Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Waihi College Board of Trustees to continue holding equity securities issued by Zespri Group Limited (7,660 shares).
