Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 May 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Lai Yee Shiu, in respect of Tic Tac Toe Educare Little Sprouts (46835), situated at 50 Onslow Street, Huntly.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
