Pursuant to section 94D of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Gary Malcolm Kircher, extend the local transition period over Lake Ohau Village and surrounding area – Ahuriri Ward owing to the Fire Emergency.

This extension of the transition period—

1. comes into force immediately before 12.00pm on 9 November 2020, which is when the current transition period ends:

3. ends at 12.00pm on 7 December 2020 unless terminated or further extended earlier.
