Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 July 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Ajit Singh, in respect of Discoveries Educare Rata Street (46871), situated at 15 Rata Street, New Lynn, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
