Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Peter Highton, Senior Solicitor, give notice that, on 10 October 2020, The Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance and The Honourable Chris Hipkins, Minister of Health (“Ministers”) gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for New Zealand Health Partnerships Limited (NZHPL) to borrow from Oracle New Zealand (ONZ) to enable NZHPL to enter into a two-year contract with ONZ for support licences.
