In accordance with the notice issued under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020 on 23 October 2020, acting with delegated authority from the Secretary for Education, I hereby, under section 181(2) of the Education and Training Act 2020, appoint Wayne Gribble as Commissioner for Waimana School.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
