Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the James Cook High School (100) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 June 2017, Issue No. 69, Notice No. 2017-go3147, and the subsequent amendment notices New Zealand Gazette, 27 November 2019, Notice No. 2019-go5502, and New Zealand Gazette, 11 March 2020, Notice No. 2020-go1147).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
