Pursuant to section 82(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Philip Stoner Twyford, Minister of Transport, hereby designate the Airways Corporation of New Zealand Limited facilities at 26 Sir William Pickering Drive, Christchurch, comprising of three buildings; namely the Airways Development Centre 1 (ADC1), Airways Development Centre Extension 2 (ADC2) and the new Air Traffic Control Centre (CHATC), located on 11,413m² more or less being all the land contained in certificate of title 315961 and being more particularly described as Lot 2, Deposited Plan 375305, as a security designated navigation installation.
