In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 30 May 2019, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Act, that the name of Kevin Stuart Jones be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.

On 19 March 2020 the High Court issued a judgment which recorded the appeal against this order had been dismissed. Accordingly, the name of Kevin Stuart Jones is struck off the roll.
