Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Peter Highton, Senior Solicitor, give notice that, on 10 June 2020, the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance and the Honourable Dr David Clark, Minister of Health (“Ministers”) gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163(1) of that Act, for West Coast District Health Board (DHB) to give to the Crown indemnities under section 6(2)(d) of the Health Sector (Transfers) Act 1993 (“Act”) in relation to the transfer under section 5 of the Act from the Crown to the DHB of assets and liabilities set out in the Health Sector (Te Nikau Grey Base Hospital and Health Centre) Order 2020.
