Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Peter Highton, Senior Solicitor, give notice that, on 20 July 2020, The Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance and The Honourable Peeni Henare, Associate Minister of Health (“Ministers”) gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163(1) of that Act, for the Auckland District Health Board (DHB) to give to the Crown indemnities under section 6(2)(c) of the Health Sector (Transfers) Act 1993 (“Act”) in relation to the transfer under section 5 of the Act from the DHB to the New Zealand Blood Service of listed contracts of service.
