Pursuant to section 94B of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Gary Malcolm Kircher, give notice of a local transition period over Ahuriri Ward owing to the Fire emergency.

This transition period—

1. comes into force at 12.00pm on Monday 12 October 2020, which is the time and date when—
1. this notice is given;
2. is in force for 28 days; and
3. ends at 12.00pm on Monday 9 November 2020, unless extended or terminated earlier.
