Pursuant to section 2 of the Engineering Associates Act 1961, the Minister for Building and Construction hereby give notice to add Survey and Spatial New Zealand as an Association to which the Engineering Associates Act 1961 applies.

The addition of the Association takes effect on 1 June 2020.
