Maree Zinzley, Manager Approvals, hereby gives notice that an application for registration of a trade name product under the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 by Duopharm Animal Health Limited (“Applicant”) was incorrectly notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 September 2020, Notice No. 2020-go4338.

The registration application notified in the gazette notice indicated the trade named product (Coppergain Plus Co & Se) included application to deer. The Applicant subsequently advised the product would not be used on deer which meant notification in the New Zealand Gazette was not required.

Pursuant to section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, this notice revokes the original notice (New Zealand Gazette, 17 September 2020, Notice No. 2020-go4338) dated 17 September 2020.
