Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective immediately.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services Notice 2013, (New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, Notice No. 2013- go6693).
2. Schedule 1 to the principal notice is amended in respect of “Auckland Regional Forensic Psychiatric Service”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Jeremy John Skipworth, psychiatrist, of Auckland”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr Krishna Pillai, consultant forensic psychiatrist, of Auckland”.
