Nomination and Voting Papers in English, Te Reo Māori, Tongan, Samoan and Simplified Chinese for School Board Elections

Pursuant to Regulation 18 of the Education (Board Elections) Regulations 2000, I hereby approve the following attached nomination form and voting paper in English, Te Reo Māori, Tongan, Samoan, and Simplified Chinese, for use in the specified circumstances:

  1. Standard Nomination Form (Form A), for use in all elections except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
  2. Parent Representative Voting Paper (Form C), for use in all elections for parent representatives, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.

Form A replaces Forms 1 and 3, and Form C replaces Forms 4 and 5. This notice takes effect on the date of publication.

Form A in Samoan: School Board Election Nomination Form. For use in all elections, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year. To be used for nomination of parent, staff or student representatives.

Form A in Simplified Chinese: School Board Election Nomination Form. For use in all elections, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year. To be used for nomination of parent, staff or student representatives.

Form C in English: School Board Election Parent Representative Voting Paper. For use in all elections for parent representatives, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.

Form C in Te Reo Māori: School Board Election Parent Representative Voting Paper. For use in all elections for parent representatives, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.

Form C in Tongan: School Board Election Parent Representative Voting Paper. For use in all elections for parent representatives, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.

Form C in Samoan: School Board Election Parent Representative Voting Paper. For use in all elections for parent representatives, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.

Form C in Simplified Chinese: School Board Election Parent Representative Voting Paper. For use in all elections for parent representatives, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
