Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed:

Lindsay Vhari McWha, of Wellington

as an Associate Member of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Telecommunications Act 2001, Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001 and Fair Trading Act 1986. This appointment is for a term of five years commencing on 14 September 2020 and ending on 13 September 2025.
