Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Te Wharekura o Maniapoto (1865) Board of Trustees, under section 78M of the Education Act 1989 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 September 2017, Issue No. 90, Notice No. 2017-go4521, and the subsequent amendment notices New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2017, Notice No. 2017-go6633 and New Zealand Gazette, 27 August 2018, Notice No. 2018-go4253).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
