Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 July 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Ajit Singh, in respect of Discoveries Educare Highland Park (46487), situated at 20 Dun Robin Place, Highland Park-Auckland, Auckland.
