Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 August 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Lenetta Du Preez, in respect of Learn A Lot Childcare (30297) situated at Rototuna Retail Centre, Shop 13, corner Thomas Road and Horsham Downs Road, Hamilton North, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
