Pursuant to section 86 of the Radiation Safety Act 2016, the Director for Radiation Safety gives notice of the issuing of the code of practice for non-medical irradiators. The code is available on the Ministry of Health’s website (https://www.health.govt.nz/publication/code-practice-non-medical-irradiators) and comes into force on 31 July 2021.
