Pursuant to section 398(2) of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the adoption of amendment 193 and 194 to joint food standards under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code Notice, which was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 29 July 2020.

The joint food standard comes into effect on 31 July 2020.

The Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (“ANZFSC”) can be found at: http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx.
