Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 September 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Sandy Murfin, in respect of PORSE Central Hawke’s Bay S1 (55467), situated at 96 Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
