Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 May 2016, which was granted under those regulations to Charlotte Forsyth, in respect of Cherish Childcare (46004), situated at 17 Maralyn Place, Bell Block, New Plymouth.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
