Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 May 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Trish Baird, in respect of PORSE Nelson/Marlborough/West Coast S1 (30143), situated at Level 1, Como Building, 51 Tancred Street, Hokitika.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
