Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 July 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Rehana Hassan, in respect of Miracle Minds Home-based Childcare Services (47355), situated at 13/ Unit 15B Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
