Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Ferguson Intermediate (Otara) (1274) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 January 2015, Notice No. 2015-go232, and amendment notice New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2019, Notice No. 2019-go3004).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
