Pursuant to sections 11 and 14 of the District Court Act 2016 and section 5(1) of the Family Court Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint:

Anthony Stuart Greig, barrister of Rangiora

as a District Court Judge, to exercise the civil and criminal jurisdiction of the court and to exercise the jurisdiction of the District Court under section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court commencing on 11 February 2020.
