Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Corrections (Porirua Community Work Centre) Notice 2019.

2. Commencement—This notice takes effect from the day after the date of publication.

3. Porirua Community Work Centre—The land and buildings described in the Schedule are declared to be a community work centre to be known as the Prosser Street (Porirua) Community Work Centre.

4. Revocation—The Prosser Street (Porirua) Periodic Detention Centre Notice 1999 (1999/4) is revokedⁱ

All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land Registration District containing 0.2433 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 516251, and being all of the land comprised and described in Record of Title 804346 (Wellington Land Registry).
