I hereby give notice that, under section 9I of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (as inserted by the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Act 2014), the Responsible Lending Code (“Code”) was amended and issued on 23 June 2020.

The new provision of the Code will provide guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic. It will come into force on 24 June 2020 and will expire on 30 November 2020.
