Under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve 7 August 2020 as the election date in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the Te Kura o Take Kārara (747) Board of Trustees (formerly established as Wanaka South Primary School)

I also approve 14 August 2020 as the date for the first meeting of the Board of Trustees.

This notice shall take effect on the date of publication.
