Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 August 2010, which was granted under those regulations to Suzanne Guild, in respect of The Kids Studio (20570), situated at 47 View Road, Mount Eden, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
