Pursuant to section 408 of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the issue on 28 May 2020 of the Food Notice: Requirements for food businesses operating under registered food control plans or national programmes during the COVID-19 response which came into effect on 28 May 2020.
This Notice also amends Clause 3.1 of the Food Notice: Requirements for Food Control Plans and National Programmes, issued on 25 May 2017 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 May 2017, Issue No. 54, Notice No. 2017-go2530, to add clause 3.1(3).
A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, PO Box 2526, Wellington 6011.
