Pursuant to section 101D(3) of the Education Act 1989 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for closing the poll and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000 for the by-election for a staff representative for Rudolph Steiner School (Christchurch) (419).

Voting for the staff by-election for this board of trustees shall now close at noon on Friday 5 June 2020.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.
