Napier City Council Emergency Speed Limits—Springfield Road, Waiohiki Road and Gloucester Street, Napier
Pursuant to section 7 (emergency speed limits) of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2017, Napier City Council hereby advises that emergency speed limits have been set as described in clauses 1 to 4 and in the location(s) detailed in the Schedule of this notice.
This notice is the Napier City Council Emergency Speed Limits—Springfield Road, Waiohiki Road and Gloucester Street, Napier.
These speed limits came into force on and from 25 May 2020 (Springfield Road) and 29 May 2020 (Waiohiki Road and Gloucester Street).
These speed limits expire on 24 May 2021 and 28 May 2021 unless provoked prior to 24 May 2021 and 28 May 2021.
