Pursuant to section 101D(3) of the Education Act 1989 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for closing the nominations and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000 for the by-election for a staff representative for South New Brighton School (3508).

Nominations for the staff by-election for this board of trustees shall now close at noon on Friday 29 May 2020, with the subsequent election date being 12 June 2020.

This notice takes effect the day of publication.
