Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 11 May 2020 of the Animal Products Notice: Dairy Recognised Agencies and Persons Specifications, which came into force on 11 May 2020.

This Animal Products Notice amends Part 1 to Part 5 and Schedule 1 of the Animal Products Notice: Dairy Recognised Agencies and Persons Specifications dated 16 February 2017, by inserting the following Part 1 – Part 4 and Schedule 1.

A copy of the Notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea, Wellington.
