as a member of the Board of the Health Quality & Safety Commission, for a three-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice; and appointed

Dr Tristram Ingham

as a member of the Board of the Health Quality & Safety Commission, for a three-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice; and appointed

Dr William Harrison

as a member of the Board of the Health Quality & Safety Commission, for a three-year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice.
