Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective 1 April 2020.

1. This notice shall be read together with Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 7 July 2016, Notice No. 2016-go3795.
2. The notice is amended
   1. by omitting the name and title “Darren Mark Malone, psychiatrist, of Rotorua” and
   2. substituting the name and title “Joanna Price, registered nurse, of Rotorua”.
