Southern Generation Limited Partnership

to be an electricity operator for the purposes of section 24 and section 31 of the Electricity Act 1992.

The business interests in respect of which this declaration is made are confined to all or any of the works described at section 4A(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1992.

Southern Generation Limited Partnership is declared an operator for the purposes of section 24 and section 31 of the Electricity Act 1992, which gives it rights to construct and maintain electricity works on roads and the right to apply for access to level crossings.
