Pursuant to section 31 of the District Court Act 2016 and section 7 of the Family Court Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to appoint:

John Gordon Adams and Robert James Murfitt, retired District Court Judges

each as an Acting District Court Judge and also to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Court for a term of one year commencing on 2 March 2020.
