Pursuant to section 24 of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed:

Melbourne John Orange, of Christchurch

as chair of the Electricity Rulings Panel for a term commencing on 2 March 2020 and expiring on 1 March 2022;

Denis John O’Rourke, of Christchurch

as a member of the Electricity Rulings Panel for a term commencing on 2 March 2020 and expiring on 1 March 2022; and

Lee Athol Wilson, of Wellington

as a member of the Electricity Rulings Panel for a term commencing on 2 March 2020 and expiring on 1 March 2022.
