Wroxton Finance Limited and Curzon Capital Limited at Christchurch, being the Mortgagee pursuant to Mortgage No. 10742225.3, hereby gives notice that on or about 8 December 2020 it took possession of the property owned by Craig Brendon Joffre McGuigan at 4987 Christchurch Akaroa Highway, Little River being the property comprised in Record of Title 682778 (Canterbury Land Registry).
