Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2020, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Awing Travel NZ Limited (in liquidation), to comply with the terms of the Mortgages.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is Level 3, Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland 1023.
