Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators’ final report has been filed with the Registrar, and that it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Any objection to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
